What will happen with Windows 10?
On 14 October 2025, Windows 10 will reach its end of life.
Microsoft announced in 2020 that it will continue to support Windows 10 after January 2025 when the extended support period ends.
This means that users of the Windows 10 operating system will be able to continue to receive updates and security fixes.
Currently, the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is still free, so that could be a reason for upgrading.
